Fatal Motorcycle Accident on US-19 in Hernando County

This evening, a 65-year-old man from Brooksville traveling east on Happy Days Dr hit a motorcyclist upon turning left at the intersection. The 25-year-old from Weeki Wachee had been heading north prior to the crash.

Both vehicles spun out towards the shoulder of the road. The man driving the motorcycle was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

No injuries were reported for the man driving the sedan.
