Brian Alderman

Brian Alderman Case Manager

Mr. Alderman is a Case Manager with the firm. He plays a vital role in the firm’s personal injury and wrongful death cases, assisting with client intake, document gathering and organization, medical provider communications, insurance coverage analysis, and evaluation of injuries and claim value.

Due to his many years as a claims adjuster at GEICO—the world’s second largest automobile insurance company—Mr. Alderman brings to each case a wealth of knowledge and insight about how insurance companies review, handle, and value personal injury and wrongful death cases. While at GEICO, he gained significant experience in liability determinations, first party PIP claim handling, bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist handling, good faith claims handling issues, and litigation.

In short, he knows how to deal with insurance companies because he’s been on the inside.

Outside the office, Mr. Alderman enjoys spending time with his twin boys, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Born and raised in Plant City, Florida, he has deep roots in the Greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida area.
