About

Ms. Norwood is a Firm Administrator with the firm. She plays a vital role in the firm’s administration, handling billing and financial transactions, document management, scheduling, and other various administrative projects. Ms. Norwood also assists with marketing activities and creating a seamless and positive experience for the staff and clients.

Ms. Norwood also helps with case management as needed, where she gathers and thoroughly reviews medical records, handles client interaction and insurance inquiries, and otherwise helps manage the firm’s personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Ms. Norwood has a background in risk management as a Bodily Injury and Liability Injury Adjuster for EAN Holdings LLC—Enterprise Rent-A-Car/National/Alamo Rental. From this experience, Ms. Norwood gained expertise in evaluating bodily injury claims, settlement negotiations, representing self-insured entities, and handling claims on a good faith basis.

Outside of the office, Ms. Norwood enjoys spending time with her daughter, writing, and performing poetry. Raised in Long Island, NY, Ms. Norwood is excited to place roots in the Tampa area.
