About

Ms. Alley is a personal injury attorney in Tampa, Florida, with a deep-rooted connection to the community she serves. Born and raised in New Port Richey, she stayed close to home for her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida before earning her law degree at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg.

As part of the firm, Ms. Alley focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and legal malpractice cases. Her journey in law has been marked by a passion for helping others and a strong record of achievement. During her time at Stetson, she was an award-winning member of the Advocacy Boards and served as a recognized leader of the Dispute Resolution Board, earning the “Award of Excellence” upon graduation. She was also honored with the Roberta Flowers Ethics and Advocacy Award, the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, and the Student Leadership Development Committee’s Leadership Certificate for her exceptional ethics, leadership, and commitment to providing free legal services to those in need.

Ms. Alley’s commitment to the community goes beyond her legal work. She actively volunteers with several charitable organizations, including A.F.I.R.E, a school for children with developmental disabilities, and participates in Lawyers for Literacy and West Pasco Teen Court. She is also an active member of the local bar, including Women Lawyers of Pasco and the West Pasco Bar Association.

When she’s not practicing law, Ms. Alley enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their dogs. You can also find her soaking up the sun at the beach or cheering on the USF Bulls at most football games. A former event planner with a love for floral design, she still enjoys exploring her creative side outside of the courtroom.

Ms. Alley is not just a dedicated attorney—she’s someone who genuinely cares about her clients, her community, and her family. Her personal touch, combined with her legal expertise, makes her a trusted advocate for anyone in need of legal support.
