About
Ms. Mersmann is a Case Manager with the firm. She has over 15 years of experience helping clients with personal injury matters. Ms. Mersmann began her career working for a personal injury firm in Topeka, Kansas before moving to Florida in 2018. She has assisted in representing clients in auto accidents, premises injuries, and medical malpractice. As a Case Manager, she helps build the cases from intake to settlement. She excels at investigating the facts and available insurance, gathering records, and otherwise building the claim so that the clients obtain the best recovery possible. Outside the office, Ms. Mersmann enjoys baking, sewing, and spending time outside in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
