Crash at Sun City Center Leaves Cyclist Dead

A collision took place on Saturday morning at the intersection of Trinity Lakes Dr and Sun City Center Blvd.

The 74-year-old bicyclist entered the path of a sedan upon the light turning red. Driver of the sedan said the hit was unavoidable.

The cyclist was ejected from the bicycle and landed in the intersection. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died from complications incurred as a result of the accident.
