Crash on Howard Frankland Bridge Leaves Man Seriously Injured

Last week, Florida Highway Patrol responded to a wreck on the Howard Frankland Bridge going northbound.

A 62-year-old tow truck driver lost control of his vehicle and hit a construction vehicle that was on the outside shoulder of a construction zone.

The 49-year-old driver of the construction vehicle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. His 25-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries.

The tow truck driver also experienced minor injuries from the crash.
